Rich built his career inside the company that wrote the category playbooks. Over twenty years at PepsiCo and Frito-Lay, he worked across nearly the entire portfolio, in consumer insights, innovation, and brand management.

He was the marketing leader for a $1B better-for-you snack portfolio, including SunChips, Smartfood, and the Simply and Baked lines. He helped launch the product that became the Gatorade Gx pod. He worked on energy drink brands around the world.

He left to do that same work for emerging brands. The ones that need big-CPG discipline but could never hire it full time.
